How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?
Courier delivery mode orders will be ship out 2 days ahead of selected receiving date
In-house delivery mode orders will be ship out early in the morning of appointed receiving date, & shall arrive at designated address by 10am

Can I have my order delivered to more than one address?
Yes, additional delivery fee will be imposed depending on the mode of delivery, qty and address.

Why is there a delay in my delivery?
Courier mode shipment and deliveries may be delayed due to a high volume of orders or precautionary measures by 3rd party courier service.
Rest assured, we are working closely with our delivery partners to get your orders to you as safely and quickly as possible. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you will receive a tracking no. for courier delivery or we will provide you with our in-house driver contact the day before your appointed receiving date.
