In-house Delivery Terms
We deliver traditional fullmoon gifts to Johor, Melaka, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, and Negeri Sembilan only.

  • Free delivery is provided for purchases of 30 boxes and above per receipt.

  • Delivery is carried out by our in-house delivery team via car, scheduled for the morning, and will arrive at the designated address by 10:00 AM.

  • Only one shipping address is allowed per transaction. Multiple delivery addresses within the same order will incur additional delivery charges, which vary depending on location.

  • Delivery to Singapore is available via our in-house delivery team. Delivery fees range from RM200, excluding Singapore Customs Tax.

Please note that delivery fees do not include import taxes, customs duties, or other applicable charges in the destination country. Customers are fully responsible for any such fees imposed by local authorities.

General Delivery Terms

  • Deliveries will be made within the operational hours of designated courier companies, excluding public holidays. Please note that no specific time of arrival can be guaranteed.

  • Customers must ensure that delivery information is accurate. Any redirection due to incorrect details may result in additional transport charges borne by the customer.

  • Once an order is placed, Bakin Style By Ashley is unable to amend or combine separately submitted orders. Please carefully review your order before confirming.

  • Upon issuance of the Dispatch Confirmation email, responsibility for the order transfers to our third-party courier service providers. We are not liable for any lost parcels once proof of postage is provided.

In the event of a delivery issue:

  • Claims must be made directly with the respective courier provider.

  • We will assist where reasonably possible in pursuing compensation claims, if applicable.

  • If we receive bounced parcels, the customer will be notified via email.

  • Re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer unless the error is on our part. Re-delivery arrangements and details will be included in the notification email.

  • We reserve the right to decline requests to combine bounced-back parcels with any new orders.

  • Unclaimed bounced parcels will be forfeited after a 30-day grace period.
